Bilfinger's Business Area Maintenance & Project Execution: Who are we?

Bilfinger Maintenance & Projects is one of five business areas within Bilfinger Sweden AB. We specialize in maintenance and projects for industrial facilities and currently have over 300 employees, from Helsingborg in the south to Gävle in the north. Our headquarters is located in Stenungsund.

About the Position

You will be based in Stenungsund but will work throughout Sweden, which means that travel and some overtime may occur. In this role, you will primarily work with service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical installations for our customers.

In addition, you will also act as a leading installer in projects, which means being responsible for leading and coordinating installers on-site, ensuring quality, and adhering to timelines. You will be a key person in driving projects forward and creating security for both the customer and the team.

Your Responsibilities

• Installations and projects within Electrical and Automation, such as power supply or instrumentation assembly.
• Maintenance and upkeep work within Electrical and Automation.
• Planning, execution, and reporting of work.
• Commissioning and checkout.

About You

You easily adapt to changing tasks and contribute ideas to improve work processes. Safety is a given for you, and you have good knowledge in the profession of electrician or automation technician.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an electrician.
• Experience in troubleshooting.
• Experience in installation work.
• High school education in electrical or equivalent.
• Driver's license B.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
