ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a customer in the automotive industry with multiple sites in Sweden. We are now looking for an experienced and dedicated Operations Technician for our operations and maintenance assignment with this customer in Lundby. About the Role

As an Operations Technician, you will work with a variety of tasks within the framework of our operations and maintenance assignment towards the customer - for example, electrical, HVAC, cooling. You will be an important and valuable part of a motivated team. The work is performed both independently and together with other colleagues in the group.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customer's offices and properties convey a holistic experience of a safe, attractive, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors. Therefore, it is important that you are service-oriented and enjoy adapting and ensuring a workplace that the customer’s employees appreciate. This is a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Employment rate – 100% and the work is performed during the day, Monday to Friday.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervision and maintenance of the properties' operational systems.
  • Primarily corrective maintenance of heating, ventilation, and control systems.
  • Long-term planned maintenance in the properties.
  • Work with operation, development, and optimization of the property's systems.
  • Ongoing work with improvements and some documentation.
  • Participate in various customer projects.
  • Perform task-based work beyond the contract.
  • Be an active initiator in daily work to improve and develop our delivery, both internally and towards the customer.

Your Profile

You have education in the field and at least 5 years of experience in property management. Furthermore, we see that you have experience and knowledge of, for example, control systems, electrical, HVAC, and cooling. Preferably, you have advanced knowledge in ventilation. Experience in cooling is considered highly meritorious. We also see it as an advantage if you have crane, lift, and forklift licenses, Hot Work certification, and Fall Protection training. A driving license (B) is required.

You have good communication skills and can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have basic IT skills – e.g., Microsoft Office and ticketing systems.

You thrive close to the customer in a dynamic and changing production environment where you get the opportunity to interact with many varying contact points both internally and externally.
