About the position

In the role of property technician, you will be based in Södertälje and work alongside an engaged team. You will have ongoing responsibility for operations, operational optimization, and corrective maintenance for approximately 300 apartments, primarily focused in Jordbro. You contribute to the region's overall results and play a crucial role in ensuring that Sveafastigheter lives up to its values of being long-term, present, innovative, and business-minded.

Your tasks may include:

• Receiving, managing, and addressing maintenance requests
• Routine inspections and controls
• Ordering and following up on repairs and maintenance actions
• Supervision of HVAC-related systems
• Apartment inspections
• Maintenance of indoor and outdoor environments
• Energy optimization of properties

Requirements for the position

Formal requirements:

• High school education in technology – preferably with a focus on HVAC, control systems, or electrical engineering
• Several years of work experience in the property sector or similar
• Driver's license (B)
• Basic IT skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

We consider it an advantage if you have previously worked as a property or operations technician and can work on-site in Jordbro.
