Operations Technician

Are you a technical problem solver with a passion for real estate? We are looking for an Operations Technician!

About the role:

As an operations technician with us, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of our customers' technical facilities. You will play an important role in ensuring that building technical systems operate efficiently and that our customers' members experience a safe and comfortable environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Operation and optimization of building technical systems, such as ventilation, heating, cooling, and electricity.
• Performing inspections, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of technical installations.
• Patrolling all operational areas and the technical facilities within the property.
• Troubleshooting and repair of urgent technical issues.
• Energy optimization and analysis of operational data to reduce energy costs.
• Collaboration with contractors and suppliers during installations and service work.
• Documentation of operational and maintenance work.

Who are you?

You have previous experience in building technology or similar tasks. You have a technical interest, a problem-solving attitude, and enjoy taking responsibility. To succeed in this role, you need to be service-oriented, flexible, and have a genuine interest in working with people.

You will be part of a team with both building technicians and operations technicians, so we also see that you are a team player.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of building systems such as control and regulation technology, ventilation, heating, and cooling.
• Driving license B.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Education in operations technology or equivalent experience of at least 3 years.
• Education in building technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with building systems and digital tools.
