About the Role

As the Quality and Operational Excellence Manager, you will take on one of the company's most business-critical assignments: ensuring that we deliver world-class quality - every day, to every customer. You will lead the strategy, culture, and structure for how we drive quality and improvement work throughout our operations.

The role combines responsibility for our integrated management system (QMS/EMS) with driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence in close collaboration with both management and operational teams.

You play a central role in quality management and serve as a key link in the dialogue with customers and suppliers - particularly in the automotive industry where the demands are high and precision is crucial.

Your Main Responsibilities

Quality & Management Systems

• Ownership of the company's quality and environmental management systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, IATF, and customer-specific requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits and conduct GAP analyses.
• Set, follow up, and report on quality and environmental goals.

Customer and Supplier Quality (Automotive)

• Responsible for PPAP and product approval processes.
• Lead quality escalations and be the main contact for customers and suppliers.
• Drive deviation management with clear analyses and long-term solutions.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvements

• Lead and drive cross-functional improvement projects for increased efficiency.
• Optimize processes and strengthen process maturity across the value chain.
• Reduce quality failure costs and enhance the organization's delivery capability.

Competence & Quality Culture

• Develop training in quality, CI, auditing, and problem-solving.
• Ensure that quality awareness is a natural part of our culture.
• Support leaders and teams with methodology, structure, and analytical skills.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has documented experience in quality and improvement work, preferably from the automotive industry or other demanding manufacturing sectors.
• Has a strong understanding of ISO standards, QMS/EMS, and preferably methods like Lean, Six Sigma, or similar.
• Is comfortable in customer dialogues and experienced in leading escalations and corrective actions.
• Is driven by facts, structure, and measurable results - while also being able to inspire the organization.
• Is an engaged leader with the ability to build trust and drive change.
