RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will handle building matters (building permits, land permits, demolition permits, preliminary decisions, shoreline protection matters, etc.) based on the planning and building act.
• You will weigh together architectural issues, cultural values, and legislation to create good living environments.
• You will provide service and advice to the public, builders, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• You will work both independently and together with colleagues; decision-making often occurs by delegation.
• You will contribute to developing our working methods and digital processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Have an architecture degree from a college/university and good knowledge of the planning and building act.
• Have experience as an architect in the private sector, building permit processing, or municipal operations – this is meritorious.
• Be structured, self-driven, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines even when the pace is high.
• Enjoy creating and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally, and put the customer's needs at the center.
• Have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Be curious about digitalization and want to use new tools in daily work.
• Find it fun to work together with others, contribute to a positive team spirit, and further develop the team!
• Have a B driver's license.
