About the position

As a delivery planner at Anticimex, you will be a key person in the organization. You will be responsible for planning and optimizing the technicians' schedules within fire and food safety, which requires both structure and flexibility. The role involves daily contact with customers via phone and email, as well as administrative tasks that ensure everything runs smoothly – even when conditions change rapidly. This position is a temporary contract lasting from February to the end of the year.

About you

You are structured, solution-oriented, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks. It is important that you are flexible and can handle a workday that can change quickly, as this is part of our everyday life. You work independently and take responsibility for completing tasks. To succeed in this role, good computer skills and experience with business systems are required, and you should be accustomed to customer contact via phone and email. Previous experience in administration, planning, or scheduling is an advantage. 

Formal qualifications

  • Driver's license and car

  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

  • Previous professional experience in administration
