What does the role entail?

As an operations manager, you are the hub of daily operations. You lead, coach, and support your team – both in daily tasks and in future development. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, that customers feel secure, and that the delivery maintains the highest quality. The role is varied, eventful, and perfect for someone who enjoys combining cleaning work with administrative tasks.

Your tasks include:

• Cleaning offices, hygiene areas, stairwells, etc.
• Inspiring, guiding, and being close to your colleagues in their daily work
• Monitoring and developing quality at customer sites
• Building strong, long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues
• Driving improvements and contributing ideas that develop the entire operation
• Handling the introduction and training of new employees

Who are you?

You have a genuine interest in people, customer contact, and leading teams while enjoying performing cleaning tasks. You are a skilled planner who can create structure even when the pace is high. With your positive attitude and work ethic, you contribute to a good atmosphere and strong collaboration. You thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly take on new tasks – you can prioritize, solve problems, and work independently when needed.

We see that you have:

• Experience in cleaning services
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driving license (B)
• The willingness and ambition to combine administrative tasks with cleaning work

Meritorious:

• Education in INSTA 800 and/or SRY
• Previous experience in administrative work

About the position

• Employment type: Permanent position
• Employment rate: Full-time
• Working hours: Monday-Friday 06:00-15:00
• Start date: By agreement
• Probationary period: 6 months

The role may be placed in a security class, and a security check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
