Operations Manager for Cleaning Services in Jönköping
Coor is successful in cleaning services and we are now looking for a new Operations Manager for our cleaning delivery in Jönköping. Are you the inspiring, engaged, and business-minded leader we are looking for? Welcome to us - at Coor, you make the difference!
What will you work with?
As an Operations Manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for daily operations, where you lead and develop the business with a focus on personnel, customer satisfaction, and business results.
You will work closely with your fellow Operations Managers in a team and support each other to achieve common goals and create a successful operation.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Personnel responsibility and development of employees
- Collaboration with operations leaders and leading and coordinating the ongoing work of the business
- Active initiator in daily work to improve and develop our delivery, both internally and towards customers
- Customer responsibility and ongoing dialogue with customers within the framework of the delivery
- Coordination, management, and collaboration with other groups within Coor as well as with subcontractors
- Establishing goals and ongoing follow-up of these
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial closing work

We see that you have:
- Leadership experience with personnel responsibility in a service-oriented industry
- Very good computer skills and can handle digital tools
- Driver's license (B)
- Experience in the cleaning industry is highly meritorious

About the position
- Employment type: Permanent position
- Employment rate: 100%
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
- Start date: By agreement
- Probationary period: 6 months
The role is placed in a security class and a security review according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
