About the Position

The tasks involve working with care and support in the clients' home environment.

You will perform assistance as decided by the support decision. You help with the activities that the client needs assistance with in daily life, to enable them to continue living a meaningful and active life with a meaningful everyday life. You will be the primary care contact for clients, where you are responsible for establishing and following up on implementation plans with clear structured goals, and you will be an important function for the client in the role of primary care contact. In your role as a nursing assistant, you will work flexibly in the collaborative planning area. You work securely and exemplary in the workgroups that are part of our collaborative planning area. You perform documentation and report deviations. You work with a clear client focus where our values are self-evident in all work.

You will perform delegated HSL interventions and strive to develop your knowledge and area of responsibility.

You actively work in the team to create a sense of teamwork, you contribute innovative ideas and joy at work, and you are happy to take on one of our representative assignments.

You prefer to work evening shifts and weekend shifts and will work every other weekend.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant education and professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You have graduated from the nursing program and have passed grades in Swedish 1 (A) or Swedish as a second language and social studies 1 (A) or equivalent older education.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

You are confident in yourself and your professional role, enjoy taking responsibility, and working independently. You must respect the clients' integrity, participation, and self-determination. You are attentive and work with respect for other people. You are responsible and have the ability to adapt your work to the client's needs and see opportunities instead of obstacles and are passionate about providing good service to clients. You are used to documenting and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. You have good knowledge of both the role of a nursing assistant in home care and the tasks delegated by a nurse according to HSL.

You can speak, read, and write Swedish. Manual driving license. Technical familiarity with the use of mobile phones, computers, and GPS. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. You should have good knowledge of basic hygiene routines. You have good knowledge of household management, such as laundry, dishwashing, simple cooking, and cleaning.

Competence in Dementia - Cognitive Diseases.
