Description

As a company nurse/nurse at Avonova, you will support company management, managers, contact persons, and employees based on your profession.

You will act as a support and advisor in health and work environment issues to managers and employees in our client companies, responsible for planning and implementing measures for our clients.

You will be part of a team of professional consultants with medical, technical, psychosocial, organizational, and administrative expertise, and you must also enjoy working independently. You will primarily be located at the branch in Varberg. Work will also occur at the reception in Falkenberg and, if needed, at our nearby receptions in Halland and also at our clients' locations.

Your tasks will include, among others:

• Health checks
• Statutory medical checks
• Vaccinations
• Corporate reception
• Coordination and organization of rehabilitation work and training initiatives
• Client responsibility for certain client companies

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained company nurse or registered nurse, preferably with experience in corporate health. Experience in rehabilitation coordination is an advantage. You have a businesslike and consultative approach with a focus on customer value and satisfaction in a sales-oriented organization. Furthermore, you have a health-promoting perspective and a genuine interest in people, their health, and work environment. If you want to work and develop with us, you should enjoy working consultatively and have an easy time building relationships. You are confident, stable, and self-driven, and enjoy collaborating in teams with other professional categories such as other nurses, doctors, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral scientists, occupational safety engineers, and administrators. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

We would like you to be comfortable working in private enterprises and have a businesslike approach in your professional role. You are structured and have good IT skills. Experience with the Office suite is a prerequisite for working with us. A driver's license and access to a car are necessary as travel is required in the position.
