We are looking for
We are looking for you with dental assistant training with good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills. You have worked as a dental assistant for at least 6 months. We would like you to have proficiency in English, and it is also an advantage if you have knowledge of Cosmic and Carita. Experience with surgical procedures and/or medical dental care is a plus.

This is what you will work with
Our mission is to provide care to the residents of Norrbotten in the areas of oral surgery and orofacial medicine. We are located at Sunderby Hospital and are part of the division of Regional Health Care 2 and are part of the operational area that includes Ear/Nose/Throat, Eyes, and Oral Surgery. You will be part of a team with dedicated colleagues who belong to the county's center for Oral Surgery and Orofacial Medicine. The specialty of Oral Surgery diagnoses and treats diseases, injuries, and defects in the oral cavity, jaws, face, and adjacent areas. The specialty of orofacial medicine diagnoses and treats oral medical conditions and performs medical dental and oral care. With us, you will have a varied job that includes assisting oral surgeons/dentists during consultations and surgeries, working in the sterile area, and other clinic-specific tasks. Other administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and telephone advice are also included in the position. We have a team spirit where we, together with oral surgeons, dentists, dental assistants, dental hygienists, unit managers, and medical secretaries, work to provide patients with good care and accessibility. Information about the position
We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date by agreement. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday - Friday. Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
