We are looking for new colleagues for home care in Svanesund as our operations expand while two loyal employees are retiring.

Here you will be offered an inspiring and varied job in a dynamic organization that works with high quality. Svanesund's home care currently consists of two workgroups with a base at Eklunden. In recent years, we have introduced online purchasing of groceries for our clients, digital key locks, digital medication signing, and medication dispensers.

We sell our cleaning and window cleaning services to an external company.

Your tasks

We work with clients who have been granted support through individually assessed interventions according to the Social Services Act.

This means that you, as an employee, will work to preserve and develop people's own resources. You will perform certain health and medical care tasks after delegation from a nurse. In the role of assistant nurse in home care, you will be a primary care contact for several clients. You are responsible for establishing and following up an individual implementation plan together with the client. We reach our clients by walking, cycling, or driving.

We work both day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend. Orust municipality applies a smoke-free working time. We use LifeCare mobile care as an app on your individual phone where we have our work plans and register our visits.

About you

You should be able to meet people in various situations in a professional manner. We expect you to be a positive and loyal person with a strong work ethic who can help create an environment where you and your colleagues work towards common goals. You should be creative and have an easy time collaborating with others.

We are looking for someone with a great ability to be flexible and to meet new challenges professionally. You should appreciate the advantages of a humble approach. You are a trained assistant nurse. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Additional information:

In Orust municipality, we apply full-time as the norm, which means you will receive a full-time employment. This may mean that you, as an employee, will have to work resource shifts in other units than the one you are hired for.

Working hours/duration: Monday – Sunday, day/evening/weekend. Permanent employment with start as soon as possible if necessary decisions are made.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Start date: as soon as possible or by agreement
