We are an authorized Volvo Penta workshop, primarily working with inboard engines.

We are now looking for another mechanic/workshop manager; experience with Volvo Penta is highly meritorious. Are you a driven and experienced mechanic who enjoys taking responsibility and has a strong sense of service? Together, we can achieve great things! As the boat industry is seasonal and the season is short, there can sometimes be a lot of pressure, so stress resilience is a significant advantage! Otherwise, we appreciate if you are meticulous, honest, punctual, and enjoy order and cleanliness. The position is located on the island of Rindö outside Vaxholm. If you do not live within commuting distance to Stockholm, we can assist you in finding accommodation if desired!

We winter store recreational boats up to 42 feet in alarmed heated halls, and we perform dry dock and launching with our own well-equipped machinery. Since we offer our customers a full-service concept, all possible tasks as a mechanic are included, primarily service and repairs, but also installation of accessories, etc.

The responsibilities of the workshop manager mainly consist of planning and distributing the daily work. As the manager, you will also handle a lot of customer contacts, reviewing boats to prepare quotes for customers, etc.
