ABOUT THE POSITION

Halton is a growing family-owned company that enables well-being in demanding indoor environments across various industries – including food service, healthcare, public spaces, marine, and offshore. They are currently looking for a Service Technician who will primarily work with ventilation solutions for restaurants and kitchens for their prestigious clients across the country, which includes several brasseries and restaurant chains.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

As a Service Technician, you will perform continuous service visits to Halton's customers, which includes tasks such as maintenance, installation, and repair of their ventilation systems. The work involves ensuring that the products function optimally and meet the high indoor climate standards that their customers expect.

You will play a central role in customer communication by identifying and addressing various challenges and offering solutions in a pedagogical and service-oriented manner. Through your work, you will become Halton's face to the outside world and a key person in ensuring high customer satisfaction.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have completed a high school diploma - preferably in electrical and energy, technology, or a related industry
• Possess a strong technical interest
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and explain technical problems in a pedagogical and solution-oriented way
• Can speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Have a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous work experience as a Technician, e.g., maintenance technician, installation technician, field technician, or support technician

Knowledge can be acquired through education, experience, or being self-taught.
