Job Responsibilities

As a security operator with us, you will work to monitor and report incidents. The purpose is to maintain a safe and secure environment for both patients, staff, and visitors during access.

You will work with:

• Access control using X-ray and alarm arches for staff, patients, and visitors
• CCTV monitoring of the clinic area
• Operation of pedestrian and vehicle gates
• Patrolling and reporting any deficiencies in perimeter security
• Managing and monitoring technical security systems
• Handling booking systems, keys, and key tags

About the Workplace

In our highly specialized operation, about 160 employees work. We have four inpatient care departments with 55 care places, and in 2026, another department with 16 care places will open. In connection with this, we will start an access control unit under our own management, whose main task will be to handle access controls to the clinic and CCTV monitoring/patrolling of the clinic area, etc. These tasks are currently handled by security companies.

The access control unit is staffed around the clock, which means shift work and weekend duty for our security operators. The unit will consist of a unit manager, security coordinator, technical security coordinator, and several security operators.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a security guard and/or protective guard education. You also need to have a valid high school education. Experience from security guard assignments is an advantage. Since you will need to communicate with staff, patients, and other visitors, good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is important. A B driver's license is also required for the position.

As a person, you are secure and stable. You take responsibility for your tasks and make correct assessments and priorities. You are accommodating in your approach and collaborate well with others.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Employment Conditions

Permanent employment (full-time). Location: Sala. B driver's license required.

Start date by agreement.
