Many of the assignments involve close cooperation with other healthcare providers as well as police, ambulance, and rescue services to ensure that the patient's needs are met.
The leading specialist nurse in the emergency department has overall responsibility for the emergency department and the emergency room. Together with nursing staff and doctors, you provide good and safe emergency care. You monitor patient flow, perform an acute initial assessment and triage of patients, and carry out immediate nursing actions.

The care for patients is person-centered and evidence-based and is carried out in collaboration with other professional groups. We work in teams, and you are responsible for about 6 patients together with caregivers and collaborate with the other team on the ward in a shared overall responsibility for the patients.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with specialist training in psychiatric care, have personal maturity, and want to work with people in vulnerable situations. You should be able to work both independently and in a team, be able to lead work, and have clear communication with colleagues and other professionals.
To ensure the quality of care, we actively work to develop a good and attractive work environment for nurses.
