Are you our new star in Property Maintenance? We at Falkenberg Strandbad are looking for a dedicated and responsible Property Maintenance Worker to keep our facility in top condition.

Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance: Take responsibility for both interior and exterior maintenance of our premises and surroundings.
• Repairs: Perform and coordinate repairs and maintenance work to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaboration with Suppliers: Communicate and coordinate with external suppliers for larger maintenance projects.
• Environmental Awareness: Actively work on improving our energy use and sustainability.
• Safety: Be responsible for the safety of the facility and ensure that all safety regulations are strictly followed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property maintenance or similar work is an advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly find and implement solutions to various maintenance issues.
• Communicative: Good ability to communicate both internally and externally.
• Flexible and Reliable: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

About the Position

Employment Type: Full-time permanent. Start date and salary: Salary according to agreement and start date by arrangement, working hours 7-15:45 rotating schedule and weekend work every 3rd weekend.
