Technical audiology is part of the audiology services in Region Dalarna, focusing on the service and installation of hearing aids and technical support for audiology. One of our guiding principles is sustainability, which for us means high quality in the execution of our tasks and in our interactions with customers.

Technician for Audiology, Falun

The position as a technician with us primarily involves working with the service and repair of hearing aids and other technical aids in direct contact with our customers, as well as technical support, delivery control, and administrative tasks. Travel is included in the position as we work across the region.

Requirements

• Technical high school education or equivalent experience
• Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Strong collaboration skills, service orientation, and customer interaction
• Driving license (B)

Desirable

• Experience or education in electronics service
• Knowledge in audiology
• Knowledge in sound technology
• Experience in service and customer/patient interaction
