With us, you will play an important role in ensuring that our customers always have a safe and energy-efficient heat supply. Customer contact is a natural part of the job – you meet property owners and users in their daily lives, provide advice and support regarding the functionality of the facilities, and build trust through your service and professional demeanor. Your main responsibilities

  • Perform service and maintenance of district heating substations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in heat exchangers, control and regulation equipment, and piping systems.
  • Conduct functional checks and optimization of facilities for energy-efficient operation.
  • Commission new substations or components.
  • Document completed work in service protocols and digital systems.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers, property owners, and internal colleagues.
  • Ensure that work is carried out according to applicable safety regulations and environmental requirements.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Practical experience in working with district heating, HVAC, or energy/property technology.
  • Understanding of hydraulics, heat transfer, and energy technology.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and using measuring instruments for temperature, pressure, and flow.

You who want to work with us are analytical and solution-oriented. You are service-minded and communicative with a focus on customer satisfaction. You are meticulous and structured in documentation and work execution. You are flexible and stress-resistant and can handle acute operational disturbances. Furthermore, you can work independently but are also a team player who collaborates well with colleagues. Additionally, you are proactive and interested in developing your skills in energy and sustainability.

We are looking for someone with a high school education focused on HVAC, electrical, or energy. A higher vocational education in energy and property technology, operations technician, or equivalent is an advantage.

It is desirable that you have good knowledge of control and regulation technology. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is required.
