Carlhag continues to grow and is expanding the team in Norrland with a traveling technician/service technician for Östersund!
About the position:
Your task is to work on-site with our customers, providing service, assembly, and repair of lifting equipment, which includes everything from hoists to complete overhead crane systems. The role involves great variation where no day is the same. We offer a diverse and independent job in an exciting industry.
The work is often performed in manufacturing or process industries, but also within property automation, hydropower, or service companies. Depending on the assignment, the work can range from urgent repairs to long-term system development. You must not be afraid of heights as a large part of the jobs occur at heights of 3 meters or more. Travel and overnight stays in other locations occur frequently in this position. The job is home-based.
Desired qualifications and characteristics:
We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and a clear understanding of what it takes to deliver fast and high-quality service. You have a technical education, preferably in electrical and automation technology. You have good knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity. There is documented professional experience in service, troubleshooting, and repair of technical equipment. Other important areas of knowledge include control and regulation technology and PLC technology. You work independently, structured, and with a high service focus in all situations. You are a good communicator and handle Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Great emphasis will be placed on your personality and engagement.
A driving license (B) is required.
