About the position

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible property caretaker with a technical focus to join our team. You will work with both internal and external maintenance of our properties, focusing on troubleshooting and minor repairs in electricity, heating, and ventilation. You will be an important part of our operations organization and will have daily contact with colleagues, contractors, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision, rounds, and maintenance of properties
• Troubleshooting and actions in heating systems, heat pumps, and ventilation
• Minor electrical work (according to applicable electrical safety regulations)
• Error reporting and documentation in digital systems
• Contact with contractors and technical suppliers
• Snow removal or lawn mowing and external maintenance as needed

Qualifications (requirements)

• Vocational training in property maintenance, electrical, HVAC, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in technical operations and maintenance of properties
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills

Meritorious

• ESA 14 or equivalent electrical safety training
• Experience with heat pumps
• BKR & GVK or similar qualifications
• Certificates for Hot Work, Safe Lifting, or Fall Protection
• C2 license (wheel loader license or operator certificate for wheel loaders)
• BE license or B96 (heavy trailer)
• Experience working in error reporting systems or digital operation tools
• Refrigeration certificate
