Ängsviken is located in Henån, beautifully situated by the sea. The accommodation consists of 4 units, of which two have a somatic focus, one has a dementia focus, and one is a short-term unit. Here there are 39 apartments and 12 short-term rooms.

Your tasks

As a care assistant within the Care Sector in Orust municipality, you will work from a salutogenic approach, which means focusing on the individual's quality of life. This approach should lead to good and safe care, where the individual achieves meaningfulness, comprehensibility, and manageability in their life situation through participation. The assignment also includes performing health and medical care tasks as delegated. Documentation is part of the daily work. Your assignment is characterized by responsibility, collaboration, and striving for the best possible meeting. We offer you a meaningful and varied job with the opportunity to make a difference.

About you

You should have completed the Care and Nursing program or equivalent education that provides a certificate for the protected professional title of care assistant. Basic computer skills are required. As a person, you have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, are self-assured, and meet people in an engaged and professional manner. You are a positive person who sees opportunities, is flexible, and enjoys working in a changing environment. You should be innovative and open to alternative working methods and hours, with the individual in focus. Above all, you find it enjoyable and stimulating to work with the care of individuals. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Working hours/duration: Full-time, 12-month temporary position with the possibility of extension.
