Do you want to make a difference – even when others are sleeping?

At Bräcke rehabcenter Mösseberg, we create security, hope, and opportunities for a better life.

We are now looking for you who want to become our new night care assistant and be an important part of our patients' rehabilitation around the clock. Here you will work in a beautiful and peaceful environment, together with colleagues who share a strong value base and a genuine commitment to people.

Your Role

As a night care assistant, you have an independent and significant role. You create security during the night, build relationships, and support patients with varying care needs based on a rehabilitative approach. You work with great personal responsibility and may have delegated health and medical care tasks. The work gives you the opportunity to broaden your competence by meeting patients with different diagnoses and rehabilitation needs.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, has good judgment, and enjoys working independently – while also seeing themselves as an obvious part of our team. You have a warm demeanor, a genuine interest in care and rehabilitation, and treat both patients and colleagues with respect and attentiveness.

Qualifications

  • Trained care assistant with a certificate of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare
  • Experience in care work, for example in inpatient care or home care
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

We look forward to hearing from you!
