Your role with us

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the care of the municipality's patients who are covered by home healthcare in Råneå. Your patients live in regular housing. The work involves being mobile, but you have an office where you and your colleagues start your day and from which you operate. During on-call hours (evenings and weekends), you will also come into contact with your other colleagues within the organization, our elderly and sick in both care and nursing homes. The assignment includes planned and unplanned home visits. As a nurse, you will have a stimulating and varied job. You will work in a team with different internal professions and external healthcare providers and have the opportunity to plan your workday. The role also includes:

• Planning and implementation of care measures
• Documentation
• Delegation of tasks to care staff
• Medication management
• Training and guidance of staff and patients

Your working hours are primarily during the day according to a schedule. In a 12-week period, you will work 3 evenings and 2 weekends.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest and commitment to working with patients who have physical and mental disabilities. Furthermore, we seek you who:

• Are a licensed nurse
• Have a B driver's license
• Have good digital skills and can handle phones, apps, computers, and programs without problems, as well as the ability to quickly learn new digital systems and tools when needed

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in home healthcare and have completed specialist training with a focus on district nursing or elderly care.
