We are looking for

We are looking for a licensed Biomedical Analyst or a licensed Nurse with the ability to independently perform echocardiograms. You must have a command of Swedish at least at C1 level, which is crucial for good communication with patients and colleagues. It is an advantage if you have experience in performing EEGs, pacemaker checks, connecting Holter ECGs, and conducting exercise tests. Experience with the Cosmic journal system and the Syngo image management system is also a plus.

What you will work with

The Specialist Clinic is a joint unit that includes the medicine clinic's reception. Here, there are clinics for diabetes, endocrinology, kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, familial amyloidosis, and an endoscopy clinic. The medicine reception includes both doctor-led and nurse-led consultations, and we work in teams with high competence. Our nurses have specialist knowledge in the above areas.
As a biomedical analyst or nurse, you will have your own patient visits, primarily focusing on echo examinations, and you will be responsible for your own bookings. We work based on a person-centered approach with common tasks and goals.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
