Manual Welder Wanted!

Do you want to work in a modern production environment with a strong focus on quality and varied tasks? We are now looking for a proactive and self-sufficient manual welder for a long-term assignment starting immediately.

About the Position

As a manual welder, you will be an important part of the production team. The work is primarily practical and requires good craftsmanship, responsibility, and a strong quality mindset. You will work closely with both colleagues and production support functions. The position involves working in two shifts AM/PM.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Manual welding according to drawings and instructions
• Inspection, measurement, and post-processing of welded components
• Forklift operation and material handling
• Work in business/MPS systems (preferably Monitor)
• Ensure order, quality, and safety in production
• Participate in improvement work and production technical challenges as needed

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and solution-oriented, and who enjoys taking responsibility in their work. You like challenges, find it easy to collaborate, and contribute to a positive work environment.

We Prefer That You Have:

• 2–4 years of experience in manual welding
• Valid welding certificate
• Experience in industrial production
• Experience with MPS/business systems, preferably Monitor
• Good experience in forklift operation
• Forklift license A
• Overhead crane license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

(Experience with robotic welding is an advantage but not a requirement.)
