Staff Assistant to the Helicopter Wing

The Helicopter Wing is a unit that is constantly on the move, and you will be a key person in creating conditions for the department to conduct its operations and ensure that our workplace functions.

About the Unit

You will be placed in A4 in the Helicopter Wing's staff at Malmen. A4 functionally leads and supports in the logistics area regarding supply, technical services, transport services, defense medicine, infrastructure, and the external environment. In A4, you will be part of the management team, and your position will be placed under the head of A4.

Main Responsibilities

In the role of staff assistant, you will provide practical and administrative support to the entire department. Planning and handling incoming and outgoing information in several management systems will be part of your daily work. Furthermore, you will participate in preparations, documentation, and follow-up of activities occurring within the department.

Qualifications

• High school education with approved grades.
• Completed and approved military basic training.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English.
• Driver's license, manual transmission.

Meritorious

• Good knowledge of the Swedish Armed Forces' various IT systems such as PRIO and VIDAR.
• Completed military basic training as a staff assistant.

Personal Qualities

You are a driven individual with a sense of service. You have good collaboration skills and are proactive. Furthermore, to thrive in this role, you need to be organized and responsible, and comfortable working in an environment where conditions and tasks can change rapidly.
