Do you want to develop within the industry and work in a modern production environment? We are looking for engaged students who want to work part-time on shifts starting in January.

Our client is a larger and technically advanced player in the industry where safety, quality, and teamwork are central. The work consists of various tasks such as grinding, machine operation, some welding work, and handling of overhead cranes (requirement). A forklift license is an advantage.

The position involves 3-shift work (day, evening, and night). The introduction takes place over approximately 1 month full-time, after which you will work 2–3 shifts per week. The work is physical and requires endurance as well as the ability to follow routines and instructions.

This is a part-time job, and we are looking for someone who is a student or has another main occupation of at least 50%. You also have the opportunity to influence which days you work by entering your availability in our system – perfect for combining work with studies or other commitments.

We are looking for someone who is driven, humble, and easy to collaborate with. You take instructions and feedback well and thrive in an open and supportive work environment.

Welding experience is highly advantageous and a great benefit for the role. There are no formal educational requirements – the right personality, engagement, and work ethic are the most important. You should be physically resilient and enjoy practical work.
