Here you will have the chance to build valuable knowledge and become an expert on your equipment in preparation for regular production.
The role is primarily a Project Operator position with a permanent employment contract and a salary supplement as a Junior Process Engineer during the project's duration. When the project phases out, the employment will transition to a Process Operator role.
The role is within a newly established grouping for the production processes of formulation, aseptic vial filling, and inspection in the project with the commissioning of our newly built factory and new production lines. You will be involved in building instructions and processes from the ground up and have the opportunity to leave your mark on our future factory.
The work is initially in an unclassified environment, but during regular production, cleanroom classes C and D will apply.

- When the project phases out, you will be one of the first in the workgroup to train and build up upcoming shift teams, preparing you and your workgroup for commercial manufacturing.
Who Are We Looking For:
- Experience in operator work in cleanroom environments.
- Previous experience working in projects.
- Quality-conscious and knowledgeable in GMP and EudraLex Volume 4.
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Able to plan and prioritize your work to meet expected deliveries and deadlines.
- Experience in training practically and theoretically within production processes.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Desirable:
- Previous aseptic competence.
- Knowledge of PAS-X.
- The role we are seeking has a primary focus on processes in cleanroom class C. Previous experience working in class C is a plus.
We prefer that you are a communicative and proactive person who works well both independently and in a team and takes great ownership of your work.
