We at Asta Agency are collaborating with InmatiQ in this recruitment process. We are looking for an Automation Engineer based in Uppsala and surrounding areas. The process is handled by Asta, and you will then be employed directly by InmatiQ.

About the Position

As an Automation Engineer at InmatiQ, you will be a key person in developing and implementing automation solutions within property automation. You will work throughout the entire project lifecycle – from project design and construction to programming, commissioning, and support. This entails a varied job where you switch between technical documentation and programming at the office, and practical work on-site with customers for commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration, humility, and knowledge sharing are paramount. Here, engineers and project managers work closely together, and the goal is to grow further with the right people as the customer base expands.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop technical solutions for automation, from overarching systems to field level.

• Project design, construction, and programming of control and monitoring systems.

• Commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation solutions.

• Preparation of operation cards, documentation, and technical documents.

• Collaboration with customers, consultants, and contractors to ensure comprehensive solutions.

Additionally, we are looking for you who have:

• Education in automation or electrical engineering.

• Knowledge of automation systems/brands.

• A strong interest in computers and technology.

• Driver's license B.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with Siemens, Bastec, Beckhoff, Saia, Webport, or similar is advantageous, or previous work with SCADA, commissioning, or system integration.

Other Information

• Start: Immediately, considering notice period.

• Location: Uppsala.

• Scope: Full-time.

• Salary: According to agreement.
