Description

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a case officer within SoL and LSS.

Your assignment as a case officer is to focus on the user by informing, guiding, receiving notifications/applications, investigating, creating individual solutions, and making decisions about interventions according to the Social Services Act and the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons. Care planning (SIP) with specialist care and primary care is included and takes place in the Lifecare system.

Your role also includes participating in method development and the development of routines, as well as collaborating with other authorities and organizations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or what the employer assesses as equivalent education.

You have knowledge and experience working with investigations, case management, and documentation according to the Social Services Act and the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons. You should be well acquainted with the laws governing the activities and have the courage to test them. It is desirable if you have experience working within elderly and disability care and case management and documentation in IT systems.

It is an advantage if you have worked according to the needs-oriented and systematic approach IBIC - the individual's needs in focus.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to listen, create participation, foster engagement, and work independently.

Cooperation skills and flexibility are required for the assignment. You have the ability to gather information, compile, analyze, and evaluate different courses of action and make an assessment that results in proposals for action. You should also find it easy to structure and document your work and have good communication skills.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.

The municipality of Arjeplog has decided on a salary bonus for the individual who is hired as a substitute within a shortage occupation and possesses the right competencies for the job. Case officer is currently a shortage occupation. The bonus is paid out for those who get a temporary position of at least 6 months. The temporary position bonus is calculated based on the same principles as the salary bonus, paid out in 6-month intervals. If the temporary position transitions to a permanent position, the bonus form transitions to a salary bonus. The maximum amount for the temporary position bonus shall not exceed the maximum amount paid for the salary bonus.

To receive this bonus, it is required that during the employment period you are registered in Arjeplog Municipality. The salary bonus is paid out when employment exceeds: 6 months with 7,500 SEK, 12 months with 7,500 SEK, and 18 months with 11,250 SEK. The amounts above correspond to full-time.

There is also the possibility to apply for a relocation bonus, which means that those with adequate education who get a job in a shortage occupation and register in Arjeplog can receive a bonus. Maximum 30,000 SEK upon verified documentation.

The bonus is relative to the employment rate.
