To succeed in this, we are now looking for a Scrum Master for our teams within data warehousing and integration – a leader who wants to contribute to shaping the digital Norrbotten of the future. You will be a crucial part of our journey towards agile working methods where teams collaborate closely, learn from each other, and together create solutions that provide real societal benefits.

We are now looking for a Scrum Master for our team!

Requirements for the position:

  • Relevant higher education in IT, system science, or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of integration solutions and modern development processes.
  • Ability to coach teams and create engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or agile coach in IT or development environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams within data warehousing, integration, or other complex IT environments
  • Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Driver's license B is required

Meritorious:

  • Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master) or agile coach (ICP-ACC)
  • Technical interest and basic understanding of tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
  • Experience with CI/CD and automated delivery flows
  • Experience in the public sector or larger organizations with complex IT landscapes
  • Experience in change management and facilitation in agile transformations

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position with start date according to agreement, working hours are scheduled Monday - Friday. You will be employed in the position of management leader. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
