Requirements:

- Relevant education in IT, computer engineering, or work experience deemed equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Power BI
- Experience working with Power BI

It is a merit if you have:

- Familiarity with Power BI, Spark Notebooks, Git, or agile working methods
- Experience or education in SQL, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Data Warehouse principles
- Interest in AI/ML and programming in e.g. Python or C#
- Understanding of information security and data quality

This is what you will work with

As a junior data engineer, you will be involved in building our new modern data warehouse and support our senior colleagues in:

• Integrating and structuring data from the region's operations
• Working with ETL processes, database development, and reporting
• Exploring modern tools that enable AI and smart decisions

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position with start date according to agreement, working hours are Monday - Friday. You will be employed in the position of system developer.
Selection and interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
