Job Responsibilities:

The Environmental Leader at Veidekke involves many varied tasks at all stages of projects from bidding, design, and execution in collaboration with several different parts of the organization. You will support the projects regarding contaminated land, mass management, habitat protection, and water activities. You will manage contact and correspondence within the projects with officials regarding permits and contaminated land. You will be physically present in the projects for sampling and environmental protection rounds.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

· has an environmental science degree or a degree in geology

· has a theoretical background in the environment and wants to apply your knowledge practically

· holds a valid driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

· at least 3 years of experience in contaminated land and permit work

· experience in writing summary memos as a basis for official contact

You will be part of our group of experienced environmental leaders, and there are good opportunities to grow into the role. Personal suitability is highly valued.
