This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at our client in Vara.

About the job

As an industrial worker, you can work with assembly, forklift driving, warehouse work, or machine handling (NC-controlled machines). The work takes place both at fixed stations and in the production flow, which requires precision, safety awareness, and good physical condition. You will be an important part of a team where collaboration and quality are in focus.

Depending on which assignment you are matched to, your tasks will include:

• Assembly of components and motors according to instructions
• Forklift driving and handling of goods and materials
• Work at NC machines and machine monitoring
• Loading and unloading of materials
• Contributing to an efficient production flow together with your team
• Ensuring high quality and order in the warehouse and production environment

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is driven, social, and reliable with a strong desire to develop long-term within the industry. You have previous experience in assembly, warehouse work, or machine handling and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Your ability to work in a structured and precise manner contributes to delivering high-quality work.

Requirements for the position

• For forklift drivers: Forklift license A1-4, B1-4
• Training in safe lifting
• Complete high school diploma
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience in forklift driving
• Overhead crane certificate
• Experience working with NC or CNC machines
• Experience working as an assembler

In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal record and load register as part of this recruitment process.
