Solokraft AB is a rapidly growing e-commerce company focused on solar energy products, chargers, inverters, and batteries. We are now looking for a service technician who wants to be part of our team.

In this role, you will work closely with our customers primarily via email and phone, focusing on technical support, troubleshooting, warranty cases, complaints, and return handling. The job also includes receiving returned products, testing and assessing the condition of the products, classifying them for resale or recycling, and handling returns with suppliers. As time allows, you will also assist with goods reception, order management, picking, and packing.

We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, positive, structured, and solution-oriented. You have good pedagogical skills and are clear in your communication. You have a basic understanding of electricity and electronics and previous experience in technical support. Good computer skills are a requirement. You enjoy working independently but also function well in a team. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position is full-time and is based at Solokraft's premises in Järfälla. Limited remote work may occur, but the role primarily requires daily presence on-site.
