On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a leasing agent for a consulting assignment starting immediately. The assignment is initially for 10 months with the possibility of extension or continued employment with the client.

You will be based at the client's office in Solna, and the work is only on-site; unfortunately, there is no possibility for remote work.

As a leasing agent, you have a key role where you work with administration, information, and collaboration on various matters related to residential apartments.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Facilitating apartment rentals.
• Processing in accordance with the rental law and established procedures for rental matters, disturbance cases, unpaid rents, apartment exchanges, subletting, transfers, and illegal subletting.
• Participating in organizing tenant activities.
• Contact with tenants, housing seekers, and authorities.
• Apartment viewings.

• Preferably relevant education in real estate, law, or economics.
• Experience in the rental process.
• Experience in an administrative role within the real estate industry.
• Proficient computer user, primarily in the Office suite.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Experience with a property management system, preferably Vitec Property System.
