Developer for the Future Digital Workplace!

Job Responsibilities

With us, a passion for technology combines with a desire to create value - in teams where community, collaboration, and inclusion are a natural part of everyday life. We believe in a work life where it is possible to be both ambitious and human, where balance and meaningfulness are as important as innovation.

About the role:

You will be part of an autonomous team that, together with its product owner, has full ownership of its product, its roadmap, and its technical choices. We work data-driven and iteratively, focusing on creating real value for users while maintaining a sustainable pace of development. Joint design and code reviews are a natural part of our daily routine. Learning happens together, through support and curiosity - and we celebrate our progress, big and small. Technical skill is of course important - but with us, it is equally crucial that you enjoy collaborating, sharing knowledge, and contributing to an open and caring team culture.

Some technologies we work with;

  • Backend: PostgreSQL, microservices, REST, MongoDB, Node.JS, .NET
  • Frontend: Typescript, Angular, React, PHP, .NET
  • Tools & infrastructure: Git, Grafana, Splunk, AzureDevOps, Kanban, Podman, Kubernetes.

Additional Information

Do you want a flexible everyday life with the possibility to work from home? In this role, you can work remotely up to two days a week.

Within our IT organization, you will help develop Sweden using modern and innovative solutions. We are in the midst of an exciting transformation where we are trying to fully utilize the opportunities of digitalization. Digitalization places increasing demands, and we therefore want to adapt in terms of skills, working methods, and organization in line with development. We have a comprehensive responsibility for IT and telecommunications, an operation that runs around the clock, year-round - just like Sweden's transport system.

At the Swedish Transport Administration, we work to bring Sweden closer. We believe that a combination of different experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives is the best foundation for building a workplace free from discrimination and an environment where everyone thrives and does their best. We believe in diversity where the common denominator is reliability, commitment, and courage. Because that is how we best represent our society.
