Bollnäs Home Care is now looking for a trained nursing assistant for the Centrum Öster area, but work may occur throughout Bollnäs Home Care.

Work within home care is varied and provides many exciting encounters with interesting people. As a nursing assistant, you will work to provide care and support based on the needs of the user. It is important for us that the user maintains their self-determination, influence, and dignity. You will have the care plan developed together with the user to assist you.

Medical interventions are carried out under the delegation of authorized personnel. By having a responsive and professional approach, you contribute to the experience of security. You will perform medical interventions, such as medication management, wound dressing, and rehabilitation under the delegation of authorized personnel. Depending on the user's needs, you may sometimes work alone and sometimes together with colleagues. In addition to working with colleagues, you will also collaborate with relatives and resource persons such as nurses and physiotherapists.

Collaboration
We place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate. You work closely with the person you are helping, relatives, colleagues, and resource persons such as nurses and physiotherapists.

Planning and Schedule
The user's needs are the basis for planning and scheduling. Depending on how the needs look, you may sometimes work alone and sometimes together with colleagues. The schedule varies with day, evening, and weekend work, as well as split shifts if needed in the operation.

Requirements
You are a trained nursing assistant. Since documentation is part of your duties, it is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Because the work is varied, it is important that you can easily adapt to changing conditions and remain calm in stressful situations. With many meetings, it is important that you find it easy to work with other people and have a desire to help others. You have a commitment to the target group and a positive attitude that promotes a good working climate in the workplace. The work requires some planning, and therefore we prefer that you can easily organize and prioritize your tasks effectively.
