The Care Administration, with approximately 1275 employees, encompasses five areas of operation. These are ordinary housing, special housing, HSL and short-term stays, LSS and social psychiatry, as well as management support.

The Care Administration offers meaningful and significant work. Our aim is that care and support should be based on collaboration between the individual, relatives, and employees.

We are looking for summer substitutes for all different operations; you can express a wish to work in home care, at elderly or dementia housing, in group housing/service housing as a personal assistant, or within social psychiatry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assistant nurse, care assistant, support assistant - You help care recipients based on their individual needs through assistance with personal care, cooking, household chores, shopping, and activities.

Support staff, support assistant - You provide individually tailored support to users in their daily lives. You work with individually adapted working methods and structure, routines, and planning to strengthen users in their everyday life.

Personal assistant - You support and help the user based on the individual's basic needs, such as personal care, communication, leisure activities, exercise, performing work, household chores, and being involved in society.

Housing supporter - Within social psychiatry, you work with individuals with mental disabilities based on a user-oriented perspective and a pedagogical approach, where you support and coach individuals in their daily lives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, and attentive.
• A professional approach and commitment are important in the role.
• It is valuable for us if you have care and support education.
• If you have experience in elderly and disability care, it is an advantage.
• It is important that you can understand and express yourself well in the Swedish language.
• You should be at least 18 years old. If you are younger but studying care and support, you are welcome to apply.
• Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
• We apply reading and writing comprehension tests.
• A driver's license is an advantage.
