The operation is part of Region Gävleborg Din Hälsocentral AB, the company for publicly operated health and child care centers in Gävleborg. Together we want to develop and shape primary care, and create a good working environment for managers and employees.

Ockelbo Din Hälsocentral has 5,200 registered patients and provides primary care with a reception, BVC, psychosocial team, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and home visits. We are part of Min vård Gävleborg, which offers digital healthcare services to create more accessible and equitable care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you contribute your expertise to provide the patient with the best possible care. We work together to develop new working methods and improve quality, among other things through nurse-led clinics. The role also includes about 6-8 shifts per year at the family doctor emergency service during inconvenient working hours and on-call duty, which gives you the opportunity to broaden your experience and be there where it is truly needed.

Main Responsibilities

• reception work, planned and acute
• telephone advice
• digital visits
• home visits.

Working hours are weekdays 07:45-17:00, with the possibility of flexibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and acts independently, but who is also flexible and sees opportunities in change, always with the patient's best interest in focus. You value collaboration and see the strength in working together with colleagues to create the best possible care.

To succeed in the role, the following is required

• license to work as a nurse.

Further education to district nurse is advantageous. Training in asthma/COPD and previous experience in primary care is also beneficial.
