JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you who want to work as a summer substitute within the care and welfare administration. You will have the opportunity for an exciting job with variation at one of our units. As a summer substitute, you will have the chance to work on a fixed schedule during the holiday period of approximately 60-100%

We are looking for summer substitutes in the following areas:

• Care and welfare housing
• Home care
• Night patrol
• Housing LSS
• Short-term activities
• Daily activities
• Social psychiatry
• Short-term unit
• Personal assistance

The work involves you, together with other staff, providing support, service, care, and welfare. The interventions are individually planned, which means that the care recipient's individual needs and conditions are at the center. It may also involve assisting in everyday life and various social activities. The work requires a good approach, teamwork ability, and good communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be able to work as a summer substitute with us, you need to:

• A valid criminal record check of the type "Control of own data"
• Be able to understand, speak, read, and write Swedish
• Basic digital skills
• Be at least 18 years old

It is meritorious if you have studied the Care and Welfare program or another education that is considered equivalent. Experience from care and welfare work is also meritorious. It is meritorious if you have a driver's license. Note that education, experience, and a driver's license are a requirement in some operations.

Personally, you show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role and adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation. You listen to other people in order to understand their needs and have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. Finally, you take responsibility for your own and shared tasks with the users' best interests in focus.
