JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute within the Health and Care Administration. You will have the opportunity for exciting work with variation in one of our units. As a substitute, you work when the operation has a need for staff. You will have the opportunity for exciting work with great mobility and variation in shorter assignments.

As a substitute within health and care with us, you have the opportunity to work in one of the following areas:

• Care and nursing homes
• Home care
• Night patrol
• Housing LSS
• Short-term activities
• Daily activities
• Social psychiatry
• Short-term unit
• Personal assistance

The work involves you, together with other staff, providing support, service, care, and assistance. The interventions are individually planned, which means that the care recipient's individual needs and conditions are at the center. It may also involve assisting in everyday life and various social activities. The work requires a good approach, ability to cooperate, sense of responsibility, and good communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work as a substitute with us, you need to:

• A valid criminal record check
• Be able to understand, speak, read, and write Swedish
• Basic digital skills
• Be at least 18 years old

It is an advantage if you have studied the Health and Care Program or another education that is deemed equivalent. Experience from health and care work is also an advantage. It is advantageous if you have a driver's license. Note that education, experience, and a driver's license are a requirement in some operations.

Personally, you show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role and adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation. You listen to other people in order to understand their needs and have the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. Finally, you take responsibility for your and common tasks with the users' best interests in focus.
