We are now looking for new team members for landscaping and gardening work at Scania in Södertälje. This is a role for you who want to work professionally with service, contribute to high customer satisfaction, and be an important part of our joint development journey.

About the assignment

In this development, landscaping and gardening maintenance is crucial. You help set the tone for our outdoor environments and are an important ambassador for both our brand and the workplace.

Your everyday life – practical, varied, and with plenty of fresh air

You will work with the maintenance of land and green areas year-round. The tasks vary and may include:

• Mowing grass, weeding flower beds, planting, and pruning bushes
• Keeping properties clean and tidy by picking up litter and sweeping paths
• Installing paving stones and performing minor repairs of walkways
• Assisting with snow removal and ice control during winter
• Contributing to the development and improvement of outdoor environments where people work and gather

The most important thing is that you are practical, enjoy physical work, and thrive working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Who we believe you are

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in outdoor work and preferably experience in gardening, construction, property maintenance, or similar fields.

Meritorious qualifications include:

• Forklift license
• Workshop training
• Training in chainsaw (ABC), brush cutter (RA), and other gardening machines
• Gardening education
• Work on roads

A valid driver's license (B) is required, preferably BE or B96.

As a person, you are:

• Positive, social, and enjoy collaborating
• Detail-oriented with a sense of order and quality
• Independent and willing to take initiative
• Comfortable meeting people and treating others kindly
• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
