They assist private individuals, businesses, property owners, and housing associations with everything from garden maintenance, waste management, and landscaping to winter maintenance and combating invasive plants. The company works almost exclusively with electric-powered work vehicles and tools to minimize its carbon footprint.

About the role

We are now looking for someone who wants to take the next step as a Team Leader and lead the daily operations in production. You are the link between production and management, responsible for planning, coordination, task distribution, and follow-up within the team. You ensure that quality requirements, timelines, workplace regulations, and safety guidelines are adhered to, while maintaining close contact with customers and management.

Job responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily supervision and control of ongoing work on-site and ensuring that checklists are filled out accurately and correctly on an ongoing basis. You are actively involved in production, which means you both operate machinery and support the team where needed. An important part of the job is to guide and support colleagues in their daily work, while independently planning and following up on smaller tasks. You also identify additional and change work (ÄTA work) and sell these to the customer when the opportunity arises.

Furthermore, you act as the contact person for the customer and have close collaboration and ongoing reporting to the production manager. Finally, you actively contribute to the development of routines and work methods to continuously improve the operations.

• Experience in green space maintenance/landscaping
• Relevant education in gardening
• The ability to lead, support, and inspire colleagues
• A structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented approach to work
• An interest in creating good customer relationships and business opportunities
• A valid driver's license (BE or C is a plus)
