Internal Sales Representative Wanted in Lund
We are now looking for a service-oriented and committed Internal Sales Representative for our depot in Lund. Do you want to help develop our business in the construction and civil engineering industry? About the Role
As an Internal Sales Representative, your main task is to create value for our customers through high-quality service, sales, and rental of our machines and services. You will be a central contact point for our customers, guiding them through our entire range and showing how our solutions can simplify their everyday lives.

You will work closely with your colleagues at the depot, and together you will strive to always find the best solution for the customer. The role involves taking care of existing customers and, to some extent, actively seeking new ones.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting with customers – providing advice, answering questions, and guiding them to the right solution
• Participating in meetings at our projects, such as monthly meetings and kick-off meetings.
• Handling orders, following up on rentals, and booking transports.
• Contributing to a good working atmosphere through collaboration and engagement.

About You
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, technically interested, and enjoys working both practically and closely with customers. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Driving license B
• Forklift license
• Knowledge of machinery
• Experience in the rental industry
• Good computer skills
• Proficiency in Swedish and English

• Meticulous, responsible, and proactive
• Flexible and stress-resistant
• A team player who contributes to collaboration and well-being

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with machinery from the construction, contracting, or industrial sectors
• Experience with basic machine repairs and service work
• Familiarity with rental, logistics, or customer service within technology/construction
