The Lung and Allergy Section at Sunderby Hospital is the county's specialist clinic for diseases affecting the respiratory system in adults. In our lung outpatient care, we investigate and treat malignant lung diseases. Our investigation unit falls under the lung outpatient care, but here we investigate all forms of lung diseases.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with a few years of experience in the profession. We would prefer that you have experience in lung care, but it is not a requirement. It is an advantage if you have experience assisting in surgical procedures and have a technical interest.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. You are self-sufficient, flexible, and mature in the sense that you are stable, secure, and have good self-awareness.


What you will work with

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a central role in planning, preparing, and assisting in various pulmonary medical procedures, as well as being responsible for the patient's pre- and post-care. The role also includes reception duties such as booking, advising, teaching patients, relatives, and healthcare staff, as well as providing support. You will work closely with patients and collaborate with various professions to ensure high quality in care.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position with working hours scheduled during the day with some flexibility. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
