We are now looking for committed care assistants, nursing assistants, support assistants, and support staff for our various operations.

We are present throughout the municipality – with home care in the north, center, and south, special accommodations in Moheda, Alvesta, Vislanda, Grimslöv, and Lönashult, as well as Functional Support primarily in central Alvesta. Our personal assistants also work outside the central area.

We work sustainably according to Agenda 2030, which means our modes of transport are walking, cycling, and electric cars – depending on the distance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Operations

Functional Support

Every day here is unique. You support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, from motivation and guidance to practical help. The work can take place within daily activities, personal assistance, group homes, or LSS for children and youth.

Home Care in Ordinary Housing

You assist individuals in their homes with care tasks and practical duties so they can feel secure and remain at home. Home care is staffed around the clock, every day of the year.

Special Accommodations

Here, you work in the care recipient's own apartment within the accommodation, handling both care and daily tasks. The accommodations are staffed around the clock.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, to document according to social services guidelines.
• A driver's license (B) is required for some of our operations.
• Cycling skills are required for work in home care, as some routes are performed by bicycle.
• For work in home care and LSS, you must be at least 18 years old or have completed upper secondary education.

Meritorious:

• Education or ongoing education in healthcare and social services, or other equivalent education/experience.
• Previous experience in healthcare, social services, or functional support.
• Access to a personal vehicle.
