Hourly Paid Substitutes in Health and Care

The staffing department provides hourly paid substitutes to cover vacancies that arise when regular staff are temporarily absent, for example due to illness or childcare.

As an hourly paid substitute, you control your working hours by entering your availability in our booking system Time Care Pool and are then booked directly via SMS.

As an hourly paid substitute in the staffing department within health and care, you will:

• shadow regular staff before you start working independently.
• have flexible working hours and also gain experience from different workplaces while making valuable contacts.
• commit to entering your availability at least two weeks in advance in Time Care Pool and update your availability if changes occur. You are expected to be available for work at least three shifts per week.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is at least 18 years old
• has a valid passport/national ID or work permit
• is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, which means having passing grades in Swedish 1, Swedish as a second language 1, or equivalent.
• has good computer skills and can handle different systems

It is advantageous if you:

• have experience or education in the areas you are applying for
• have a B driver's license

As of July 1, 2023, the title of nursing assistant is a protected professional title.
